In the early years of Pokahnights, in the early 2010s, we introduced one of the most comprehensive achievement and ranking systems in the Belgian and international poker scene. Players could track their progress, measure themselves against the best, and enjoy a sporting environment for poker. Around 2015, however, it became too challenging to continue offering the same level of technological support. The sport was evolving, but the resources to maintain a professional level of support were becoming scarcer due to increasingly restrictive and less effective regulations.

In 2023, thanks to Pokahnights, new, more realistic Club Poker rules were introduced in Belgium, creating new opportunities to build a modern and sustainable sports project. Since January 2023, we have once again tracked all our club players' results, and a new, transparent ranking and achievements system has been developed based on this.

In early 2026, we expect it to be effectively by the end of January, the entire framework will be ready and we can then fully deploy Sportify Poker.
