Pokahroom Middelkerke is open Thursday through Monday. Every game day we offer a mix of live poker tournaments with different buyins and cash games.

Frequently asked questions about Pokahroom Middelkerke

  • In Middelkerke you can join the events from the age of 21. If you are not 21 yet, you can join the club in Antwerp from the age of 18.

    Remember that you must have access to the casino, so you must always have your ID card in your pocket.

  • Yes, Pokahroom Middelkerke is a live poker casino. Casinos are allowed to host cash games.

  • We provide a wide range of buyins. There are self deal events of 50 or 75 euro.

    All buyins higher than 100 euro are played with fixed sharers. The lowest buyin is 125 euro. Check the calendar for the exact buyins of each tournament.

  • Yes it is allowed to do rebuys in Pokahroom Middelkerke. Of course only during the registration period of the tournament in question.

  • Only for the Casino events there is a daily membership fee of 20€ in Pokahroom Middelkerke. The membership fee is the income source of Pokahnights to realize this room. Good to know is that the casino events in Pokahroom Middelkerke are, thanks to Pokahnights, at the lowest rake of all europe.

  • No, advance reservations are not necessary, you can just come to the casino and play along. However, please note that the number of seats for events with regular dealers is limited.

    Currently we guarantee 72 seats per fixed dealer event. Additional players can participate depending on availability and the number of dealers available.

  • Although Pokahnights does not have strict dress codes, it is important that you come to the casino groomed and presentable. Everyone is welcome to be themselves, but explicit or offensive clothing will not be tolerated. Be mindful of the atmosphere and respect toward other players. A neat appearance contributes to the professional and friendly atmosphere of the club.

  • Absolutely , there is an extensive bar operation with a wide food selection available at democratic prices.

    Remember that it is strictly forbidden to consume your own drinks and food in the casino.

  • Yes, in Pokahroom Middelkerke we work with dealers. All events with a buyin higher than 100 euro have permanent dealers. Under 100 euro, we play self deal.

    Of course, all cash games tables also have permanent dealers.

  • We recommend gaining sufficient knowledge about live poker and experience before coming to play the more expensive tournaments at Pokahroom Middelkerke.

    The self deal events are also suitable for less experienced players. It goes without saying that Pokahroom Antwerp is a great room to gain experience.

  • In Pokahroom Middelkerke we work with the lowest possible rake for Pokahnights players.
